Characteristics: This Silene grows by the rocky littoral zones, we can recognize them be cause the calyx is crossed from top to bottom with very evident dark lines and the petals are bilobate and a vivid rose. After flowering, the superior base of the calyx swells while the base remains narrow. Leaves are opposite and finely pubescent (hairy).
