Characteristics: A liane with petiolated leaves, differing from Lonicera implexa, whose leaves are fused to the base. Pubescent leaves loose pilosity with maturation. Terminal white flowers yellow at the end of flowering. It's hard to mistake this species for Lonicera pyrenaica subsp. majoricensis, as each lives in very distinct areas.
