Characteristics: An annual cycle herbaceous plant that can reach up to a meter in height. Some of it s leaves, which are large and ovate, can reach up to a half metre in length. Flower petals are united in a tube, whitish or rose coloured. Can be differentiated from Nicotiana rustica because this latter species is smaller, Nicotiana glauca, as this latter species is a bush or a small tree, also with yellow flowers. Like other species of this genus, originates from the Americas. Can be found growing sub spontaneously alongside pathways and cultivated fields. Flowers during the summer and fall.
