Characteristics: Euphorbia maresii subsp. balearica lives in the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana of Mallorca, in the cracks between rocks or hidden among thebranches of bushes. It can be distinguished from the subspecies maresii byits floral characteristics, like the smaller number of floral radii. Itflowers from spring to the beginning of summer.
