    Characteristics : A small tree that grows up to 8 m. in height, with sub orbicular leaves and 6-20 cm. in length with rounded lobules. Flowers are pink or white, in racemes that emerge before the leaves. The fruit is a flat legume, 20-30 cm. in length, heart shaped and slightly curved.
