Characteristics : This bush is covered by silky hairs, and is also characterised by having five of the leaflets on the leaves seated, looking like five leaves together on the stalk. The flowers are whitish and much larger than the ones of Dorycnium pentaphyllum, from which it can also be distinguished because its hairiness is patent and clearly visible rather than applied to the surface.
