Characteristics: This Limonium lives atop rocky substrates of the littoral, and is on of the plants that are located closest to the tide's edge. Shaped in the form o a small cushion, its small leaves emerge to form a rosette at the apex of each branch. Dead leaves are trapped within the shrub under structure, decomposing to give humus that fills up the spaces in the shrubs interior. Can be differentiated form other Limonium of the coast by its short and disperse inflorescences.
