Characteristics: This tree colonises the dry river beds in Mallorca, and is considered sub spontaneous. It is characterised by its compound leaves, with long, dentate leaflets; the fruits are also very characteristic with a membranous wing (samara) and are grouped in hanging racemes. It flowers in January, before producing leaves.
