Characteristics: A very common herbaceous plant found in arable land and the wasteland of garrigues (Mediterranean woodland). It can be differentiated from Erodium chium because the leaves are not usually lobulate, the beak of the fruit is smaller than 3 cm and the pit of the mericarp has a concentric fold which is visible with a magnifying glass.
