Characteristics: A very branched bush, covered in small fleshy, linear leaves that are slightly dilated at the base. The flowers are not very visible, they are formed at the top of the branches; but when they bear fuit they develop a kind of pink membranous wing which is very characteristic. This plant lives in a few places in the bay of Palma de Mallorca, and also in the Pitiüses (Eivissa and Formentera) occupying coastal zones exposed to sunlight.
