Characteristics: A perennial Umbelliferae (up to 90 cm.) with erect stems and divided leaves with ovate or deltoid folioles with a dentate margin and with the denticle transparent at the margin. Inflorescences are formed in terminal umbels with 5-6 radii without bracts and flowers white in colour. Fruit is hairless. As this species doesn't have hair on the fruits, this is a characteristic that sets this species apart from P. villosa and P. tragium.
