Characteristics: A perennial and rhizomatous herbaceous plant. Emerges forming a stem erect (up to 100cm.) and pilose, which ends in an inflorescence of yellow flowers. Leaves are composite (folioles crenate-dentate) and are grouped at the base forming a rosette. The fruit morphology is very characteristic to this plant. The calyx is conical in shape and is held by the apex; additionally it's crowned with rigid hairs that are curved at the tip.
