Characteristics: A climbing plant with a netty appearance. Leaves are very divided and look like parsley leaves. Flowers are elongated, with violet colourations and are grouped in terminal racimes of 14-25 flowers. Characterised by the length of its flowers, which are longer than 9 mm., fructifying pedicels erect, with very needlely with large not very prominent tubercules and emargate apex.
Observations: This is a very complex genus and still creates discrepancies amongst authors. It's absolutely necessary the use of a classification key to be able to differenciate this species from other very similar looking members of the genus.
