Characteristics: A perennial plant with flat, linear leaves, practically all emerge form the base. Flowers are star-shaped, pre white in and are grouped in a hemispherical umbel, sustained by stem up to 50 cm. in height with two sharp or winged corners. As is garlic, touching the plant impregnates the hands with the strong odour of this type of plant.
