Characteristics: A perennial Cistaceae that can reach a height of 42 cm. Leaves are opposite, oblongo-lanceolate and whitish on the reverse. The inflorescence is grouped in racemes with 1-6 flowers and violet in colour and with the appearance of cigarette paper. The capsule is globous and covered with hairs.
