Characteristics: This is a small herb which lives along the ground in shady places in the mountains and coastal areas of Mallorca and Menorca. It forms underground rhizomes which enable it to colonise nearby spaces with great efficiency. It forms whitish flowers which are relatively large in comparison to the rest of the plant. It flowers at the end of spring and can be found flowering until practically winter. It is a Balearic endemism which lives with other equally interesting endemisms.
