Characteristics: A small shrub with flat and lanceolate leaves, very aromatic, especially when crushed between the fingers. Differs from the rest of the thymes as it has prostrate branches and flat, wider leaves. Flowers are pink in colour and arranged in terminal inflorescences. Its habitat and isolated location makes its identification unmistakeable.
