Characteristics: A perennial herb with a small trunk at the base lives in the cracks of rock formations in the Pitiusses. Leaves are lobed and silky to the touch, flowers are yellow and when fructify develop a very characteristic fruit in the form of two fused semicircles, so if bearing fruit, cannot be confused with any other species. Flowers from the spring to the beginning of summer.
