Characteristics: One of the daisies we can find in farmland and at pathsides. Like all Anthemis it has greatly divided leaves; the capitula have white ligules and the central flowers are yellow. In order to distinguish it from other Anthemis and even from other daisy genuses such as Anacyclus clavatus, the plant has to be carefully classified using a key, the differentiating characteristics are subtle and often refer to the fruits. It flowers in spring.

Observations: The subsp. incrassata differs of the typical subsp. because peduncles of the floral heads are thickened under them.
