Characteristics: Narcissus tazetta has flat leaves, pale green in colour, produces and inflorescence that has up to fifteen flowers with whitish yellow petals and a well-developed yellow corona. When in flower, it cannot be confused for another species, only if only the leaves are present can it be confounded with Leucojum aestivum, that can be found in the same habitats. In the larger isles, this narcissus flowers during the winter, while in the Archipelago of Cabrera, where it is very abundant, it flowers during the autumn.
