Characteristics: An annual plant (up to 50 cm.) that differs from the rest of the species of buttercups mainly by: deeply divided leaves; small yellow flowers with a pilose receptacle. Additionally the achene (seed) is very peculiar, very spiny and narrows towards the apex, forming a fine tip.
