Characteristics: Herbaceous plant, annual or short-lived perennial. Numerous flowering stems up to 50 cm, prostrate, much branched, covered with long erect hairs intermixed with short hairs. Leaves pinnately compound, with 7-11 obovate, toothed, hairy leaflets. Flowers solitary in the leaf axils. Epicalyx of 5 parts, very similar to the calyx. Sepals 5, triangular. Petals 5, 2-3 mm, equal to or smaller than the sepals, yellow.
