Characteristics: The gerania of our flora have rounded leaves. Geranium rotundifolium also has this morphology of leaves, and moreover the lobes are very scarcely defined. The flowers are pink, with whole or lightly notched petals. This feature allows it to be clearly distinguished from Geranium molle, which lives in the same habitats and has very similar leaves, but the flowers have deeply bilobulate petals. It flowers very early, during winter, and it can be found in any grassland and even in dry moors.
