Characteristics: This is an annual cycle geranium which is quite common in fields, and in the surrounding terophitic communities. The leaves have a rounded outline with not very deep lobules. It forms small pink flowers, with each petal profoundly divided into two lobules; if it is not looked at carefully, it seems to have ten petals. This feature easily differentiates it from Geranium rotundifolium which forms petals which are only slightly notched.
