Characteristics: An erect herb with latex. The lower leaves are pinnatisect, with the terminal lobule larger than the laterals. Flowers have a yellow ligule, all grouped in a coraciiform panicle. The flowering stems have well developed leaves. The achenes lack pappus nor beak nor involucral bracts.
