Characteristics: A green rhizomatous herb that grows to 1,5 m. in height and is characterized by the plume of bracts located of the stem terminal, arranged in an apical rosette. The stem is three-corned and glabrous. Flowers are disposed in composite umbels with thin radii emerging at the centre of the bracteole umbel.
