Characteristics: A small herb that appears in orchards and along path-sides. It has the typical leaves of the genus Oxalis: a long stalk and a leaf divided into three heart-shaped leaflets, they frequently take reddish hues. It can take root in the nodes of the leaves. The flowers are yellow, but much smaller than the Oxalis pes-caprae ones. Its fruits are also very characteristic, a long capsule with a pentagonal section.
