Characteristics: A spurge particular to dry land fields, leaves are lanceolate, forms an ample inflorescence at the superior part of the stems. Can be easily confused with Euphorbia medicaginea, which lives in the same habitats, these two can only be told apart from their seed adornments: Euphorbia segetalis is furrowed, while Euphorbia medicaginea is rough coated. Flowers year-round, although the most show is during the spring.
