Characteristics: A robust climbing plant with winged stems, leaves are divided into two folioles with a tendril in midst, the petiole is also winged. The folioles are fairly large, can be greater than a centimetre in width. The flowers are grouped at then upper half of the peduncle and are large in comparison to other species of this genus, and are rose coloured. Flowers from May to June.
