Habitats: Therophytic calicole fields.

Characteristics: Pond and pool sides, hollows that are inundated in the winter. A slender annual herb, leaves pinnaticomposites with 11-19 folioles, oblong-to linear. In addition to all of these characters, differs from C. hirsuta by being entirely glabrous.

Observations: A very rare and localized plant, for our territories, only can be found in some few populations at the base of the Serra de l'Albera (Girona), where it is in abundance.
